Its crushing mechanism allows the material to be squeezed and crushed in multiple directions in the crushing chamber, thereby achieving efficient crushing.
The impact crusher adopts the impact crushing principle, and the material is repeatedly impacted and crushed between the plate hammer and the impact plate, with high crushing efficiency. For medium-hardness and below materials with low toughness and brittleness, such as river pebbles, the impact crusher can quickly crush them to the required particle size.
Therefore, a cone crusher is more suitable for crushing high-hardness river pebbles, while an impact crusher performs better in crushing materials with medium hardness and below. If the hardness of river pebbles is high, a cone crusher may be a better choice.
