The Track-mounted Mobile Cone Crusher is a self-propelled secondary and tertiary crushing plant that combines a high-performance cone crusher with a tracked chassis, feeding hopper, and discharge conveyor into a single, fully mobile unit. Designed by Baichy Heavy Industry, it integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and automation technologies into one compact trailer — eliminating the need for foundation installation and enabling on-site crushing wherever the job moves.

Key structural & operational advantages:

• High reduction ratio, cubical product — laminated crushing produces a high proportion of cubic, needle-free aggregate, reducing downstream shaping costs.

• Optional integrated screen loop — S-models (YMH20S / YMH30S / YMH40S) mount a 2YK vibrating screen and return belt on the same chassis, forming a closed-circuit circuit that produces finished graded aggregate in one pass.

The track-mounted cone crusher is designed for medium-hard to very hard, abrasive materials with compressive strength up to 350 MPa. It is NOT suitable for soft, sticky, or clay-heavy materials (those are better handled by jaw or impact crushers).

Quick Selection Logic

• Do you need final graded product in one trip? → Pick the "S" (screened) version. Non-S models discharge a single mixed product for a separate stationary screen or further processing.

• Hard & abrasive rock (granite, basalt, pebble)? → Cone crusher is the correct choice; avoid impact crushers which wear out quickly on abrasive rock.

• Soft or medium material (limestone, concrete rubble)? → A mobile impact crusher would deliver higher reduction ratio and lower cost — consult Baichy for a combined jaw + impact / cone recommendation.

• Multiple job sites moving monthly? → The tracked unit pays for itself by eliminating disassembly, transport, and reassembly that a skid-mounted plant requires.

Typical Product Size Range

Discharge setting adjustable from roughly 10–40 mm, yielding common aggregates such as 0–5 mm sand, 5–10 mm, 10–20 mm, and 20–40 mm graded stone. Final output depends on feed size, CSS setting, and whether the screen module is fitted.
