Mobile sand making machine: The core goal is to produce high-quality machine-made sand (0-5mm). Through the "stone hitting stone" or "stone hitting iron" principle of impact sand making machine (VSI), the sand particle shape and gradation are optimized, which is suitable for high-demand scenes such as concrete and asphalt aggregate.
Mobile impact crusher: Mainly used for medium and fine crushing (discharge 10-40mm), the finished product is cubic, suitable for roadbed, building materials and other gravel processing with high requirements for particle shape, but it is difficult to directly produce fine sand.
Mobile sand making machine specializes in the production of machine-made sand (fine crushing + shaping), while mobile impact crusher focuses on medium crushing and gravel processing. The two can be used in combination (such as coarse crushing by impact crusher + fine crushing by sand making machine).

The mobile sand making machine first sends the raw materials into the crushing chamber through the feeding device. In the crushing chamber, the materials are initially crushed into smaller particles. Subsequently, the crushed material enters the grinding chamber. Under the action of the high-speed rotating grinding body, the material is further impacted and ground, making its particle size smaller.
The ground material then enters the screening device. The screening device classifies the materials and collects sand and gravel of different sizes respectively. By adjusting the aperture of the screen, the particle size of the sand and gravel can be controlled to meet the needs of different construction projects.

A mobile sand making machine is a wheeled or tracked crushing plant that integrates a VSI sand maker, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and feeding unit onto a single chassis. It can be driven directly to the work site to crush rocks into machine-made sand (typically 0–5 mm) without civil foundation work.
It is suitable for medium- and high-hardness materials such as river pebbles, granite, basalt, limestone, quartz, tailings, coal gangue and recycled construction waste. The 5X-series VSI rotor uses "rock-on-rock" and "rock-on-iron" modes to produce cubical, well-graded sand.
Feed size ranges from 35–55 mm depending on the model, and motor power is 147–500 kW (2×75 to 2×250 kW).
