Raw materials: pebbles
Feed size: 350mm
Finished products: 0-4mm, 4-13mm, 13-19mm, 19-25mm four kinds of coarse sand and gravel.

• Auxiliary equipment: vibrating feeder and belt conveyor form the production line.
 
The specific process is to use a truck to put the raw materials into the hopper, the raw stone is transported to the coarse crushing jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder, and after crushing, it is transported to the medium and fine crushing PEX series jaw crusher by a belt conveyor. The crushed stone is transported to the vibrating screen by a belt conveyor. The qualified output is transported out by the conveyor after screening, and the screened material returns to the fine crushing jaw crusher for re-crushing. This process forms a closed loop and works continuously.
