30-50tph small stone production line, a customer from South Africa found us through Google search. Combined with the customer's needs, we developed a relatively high-quality production line process for the customer:
Raw materials: pebbles
Feed size: 350mm
Finished products: 0-4mm, 4-13mm, 13-19mm, 19-25mm four kinds of coarse sand and gravel.
The production line adopts coarse crushing, medium crushing and screening processes to produce four kinds of sand and gravel products.

• Auxiliary equipment: vibrating feeder and belt conveyor form the production line.
The specific process is to use a truck to put the raw materials into the hopper, the raw stone is transported to the coarse crushing jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder, and after crushing, it is transported to the medium and fine crushing PEX series jaw crusher by a belt conveyor. The crushed stone is transported to the vibrating screen by a belt conveyor. The qualified output is transported out by the conveyor after screening, and the screened material returns to the fine crushing jaw crusher for re-crushing. This process forms a closed loop and works continuously.
Conclusion:
The design of this project is simple, the selected equipment is mature and stable, and it began to make profits 20 working days after it was put into production in South Africa. The sand and gravel products produced meet the needs of the local small construction market.
