Mobile crushing and screening plant is composed of a variety of equipment, including jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, vertical shaft impact crusher, shaping machine, sand and gravel washing machine, belt conveyor, etc. This equipment can be configured according to specific needs to meet the crushing and screening needs in different scenarios.
Mobile crushing and screening equipment is mainly divided into two types: tire type and crawler type; tire type is semi-mobile, and needs to rely on the traction of a semi-trailer when walking; crawler type is an all-terrain mobile crushing and screening combined equipment, which is suitable for continuous operation in various complex terrains and harsh environmental conditions.
Mobile crushing and screening plants can form a process of "crushing first and then screening" or "screening first and then crushing" according to different crushing process requirements and customer needs, and can also be combined into a two-stage or three-stage crushing and screening system according to specific needs.
Mobile crushing and screening equipment adopts independent movable chassis, short wheelbase, and small turning radius, which greatly improves the flexibility of the equipment. It can quickly adapt to different working environments, reduce transportation and installation costs, and save investment.
1. Crushing: After the material enters the crushing cavity, the crushing system starts to work. The crushing system usually includes a high-speed rotating breaker hammer (or other crushing tools, such as toothed rollers, ring hammers, etc.), which impact, impact and crush the materials. During the crushing process, materials are gradually broken into smaller particles.
2. Screening: The crushed materials enter the screening system, usually through a vibrating screening machine. The screening system separates materials into different particle sizes as needed to meet different application requirements. During the screening process, qualified material particles are discharged through the screen, while larger particles continue to remain on the screen for re-crushing.
3. Conveying: The screened finished particles that meet the requirements are transported to the next process link or storage area through conveyor belts or other conveying equipment. The conveying system ensures the continuous conveying and stacking of materials for subsequent processing or utilization.
