Technical process:
Raw materials are initially stored in a raw material silo. After being precisely weighed by a belt scale, they are transported via a bucket elevator to an intermediate hopper. Subsequently, a vibrating feeder feeds the material uniformly and steadily into an SRM1300-3 vertical mill for grinding.
Following the grinding process, a cage-type classifier separates the material; qualified finished products are carried away by the airflow. This dust-laden airflow then passes through a two-stage collection system—consisting of a high-efficiency cyclone separator followed by a pulse-jet bag filter—to ensure exceptionally high dust collection efficiency.
Finally, the collected finished powder is safely conveyed to a finished product silo for storage via a closed-loop transport system comprising a screw conveyor and a bucket elevator, thereby completing the entire grinding process.
System Integration Advantages: This solution comes standard with a hot air furnace system, which utilizes hot air to simultaneously dry the materials during grinding. Furthermore, it enables the internal recirculation of the hot airflow, thereby significantly reducing the system's thermal energy consumption and saving on fuel costs.
