YK series vibrating screens are widely used in quarries for screening sand and gravel, as well as product grading in industries such as coal dressing, ore dressing, building materials, power, and chemical industry. Its efficient and stable screening performance has been recognized by the majority of users.
In the fields of mining crushing, construction waste treatment, etc., small jaw crushers are gradually becoming the preferred equipment for small and medium-sized crushing operations due to their compact structure, flexible configuration and excellent crushing efficiency. Compared with traditional large jaw crushers, small jaw crushers not only have lower investment costs, but also can adapt to more complex operating environments.
The PFW1210's role is shaping and secondary size reduction, not primary crushing. It receives 5-50mm feed from the CS110 via the 2YK1860 screen and uses high-speed rotor impact — hammer blow combined with impact plate rebound — to transform angular cone-crusher output into cubical, well-graded aggregates. This impact mechanism produces a more consistent particle shape than compression crushing alone. Oversized material from the 3YK1848 screen returns via Conveyor #6 (B500×25m) for re-crushing, keeping the entire system in balance. Material exits on Conveyor #5 (B650×23m) to the final screening stage.

Rule of thumb: If your primary product is 10-25mm concrete aggregate and you can sell the 0-9mm fraction as manufactured sand, choose PFW shaping.
