CS Symons cone crusher is a high-performance cone crusher. It is a modern high-performance crusher designed and developed based on the principle of laminated crushing and the concept of more crushing and less grinding, based on the introduction and absorption of foreign technology, according to customer needs.
PY series spring cone crusher is a medium and fine crushing mining crushing equipment with mechanical spring overload protection. The series is divided into three cavity types: PYB (standard type), PYZ (medium type), and PYD (short head type), which are respectively suitable for coarse crushing, medium crushing, and fine crushing (sand making). It is a classic crushing equipment in traditional mining and sand and gravel aggregate production.
The PFW1210's role is shaping and secondary size reduction, not primary crushing. It receives 5-50mm feed from the CS110 via the 2YK1860 screen and uses high-speed rotor impact — hammer blow combined with impact plate rebound — to transform angular cone-crusher output into cubical, well-graded aggregates. This impact mechanism produces a more consistent particle shape than compression crushing alone. Oversized material from the 3YK1848 screen returns via Conveyor #6 (B500×25m) for re-crushing, keeping the entire system in balance. Material exits on Conveyor #5 (B650×23m) to the final screening stage.

Rule of thumb: If your primary product is 10-25mm concrete aggregate and you can sell the 0-9mm fraction as manufactured sand, choose PFW shaping.
