Inclined vibrating screens are widely used in the aggregates and mining industries and their working principle is mainly based on the combined effect of vibration and gravity.

Inclined vibrating screen usually consists of a screen box, vibrator, support device, and transmission device. The screen box is in an inclined state. After the material enters the screen box from the high end, it is subject to the combined effects of gravity and vibration force (generated by the vibrator) on the screen surface. The vibrator causes the screen box to vibrate with a certain frequency and amplitude through the transmission device. The material vibrates with the screen box on the screen surface and slides down along the screen surface under the action of gravity.

During the vibration process, the material will continuously collide, tumble and jump with the screen surface, which allows the particles in the material to be better separated and screened. Material particles smaller than the screen hole will pass through the screen hole and fall into the collection device below, while material larger than the screen hole will continue to slide downward along the screen surface and finally be discharged from the other end of the screen box.

The application of inclined vibrating screens in the aggregates and mining industries offers the following advantages:

• It has a simple and compact structure, a small footprint, and is easy to install and maintain.

• It has high screening efficiency and large processing capacity, and can meet the needs of large-scale production.

• The screening accuracy is high and the materials can be accurately divided into different particle size levels.

• The inclination angle of the screen surface is adjustable and can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material and screening requirements to improve the screening effect.

• It adopts a closed structure to effectively prevent dust leakage and protect the environment.

In short, the inclined vibrating screen is widely used in the aggregate and mining industries. Its working principle is based on the joint action of vibration and gravity, which can effectively screen and classify materials and improve production efficiency and product quality.
