Working Principle of Construction Waste Mobile Crushing and Screening Station
Large stones are evenly sent to the crusher by the vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed stones are sent to the sand making machine by the belt conveyor for further crushing. The stones of the fine crusher are sent to the vibrating crusher by the belt conveyor. The sieve is used for sieving, and several kinds of stones of different specifications are screened out. The stones that meet the particle requirements are sent to the finished product stockpile by the finished product belt conveyor, and the stones that do not meet the particle requirements are returned by the conveyor to the sand making machine for processing. It is broken again to form a closed circuit for multiple cycles. The particle size of the finished product can be combined and classified according to the needs of users. To protect the environment, auxiliary dust removal equipment can be configured.
