50-100tph Sand Making Production Line introduction:

This is a medium-sized manufactured sand production line, designed to process 50-100 tons of raw materials per hour, producing qualified manufactured sand. The core process involves multi-stage crushing, screening, and shaping of large stones (such as granite, limestone, and pebbles) to obtain construction sand whose particle size, shape, and gradation meet national or industry standards (such as GB/T 14684-2022).

Core Process Flow:

Raw Material Bin → Feeding → (Primary) Coarse Crushing → (Secondary) Medium and Fine Crushing → Screening → (Tertiary) Sand Making and Shaping → Screening (Grading) → Finished Sand / Return for Reprocessing → Finished Material Stockpile

1. Feeding and Coarse Crushing: A vibrating feeder evenly feeds in the raw material, and a jaw crusher performs the first crushing, breaking large stones to below 100-200mm.

2. Medium and Fine Crushing: A cone crusher or impact crusher performs secondary crushing, controlling the output particle size to below 40mm, preparing material for the sand making machine.

3. Screening and Sand Making: A vibrating screen classifies the material. Material meeting the feed particle size of the sand making machine (e.g., ≤40mm) enters the vertical shaft impact crusher (core equipment) for crushing, impact, and shaping, producing a large amount of sand. Oversized particles are returned to the medium crusher.

4. Finished Product Screening and Grading: The sand making machine output is precisely screened by a vibrating screen, separating 0-5mm finished sand and coarse particles that need to be returned to the sand making machine for further processing (closed-loop circulation, ensuring finished product rate and particle shape).

5. Sand Washing and Dewatering (Optional but Recommended): If there are requirements for powder content and cleanliness, a wheel-type sand washer and a fine sand dewatering and recovery integrated machine can be configured to remove excess stone powder and mud, obtaining high-quality clean sand and reducing fine sand loss.

Key Considerations:

1. Raw Material First: The physicochemical properties of the raw materials (hardness, mud content, silicon content, etc.) must be tested; this is the sole basis for equipment selection.

2. Environmental Requirements: A dust removal system (pulse-jet bag filter), noise control (soundproof enclosures, factory buildings), and wastewater recycling treatment (if sand washing) must be planned to meet environmental impact assessment requirements.

3. Finished Product Market: Clearly define the specific standards for sand and gravel quality (gradation, particle shape, powder content) in the target market to guide production process adjustments.

4. Power and Layout: Ensure sufficient power capacity. The equipment layout should be streamlined and compact to reduce material lifting and conveying distances, saving energy and space.
