The motor drives the grinding roller to rotate around the main shaft, and the grinding roller presses the material on the grinding ring to achieve the desired fineness. The blade on the top of the grinding roller brings the material between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for grinding. The classifier is an important component of Raymond mill that is responsible for controlling the fineness of the finished product. It consists of a speed-regulating motor, a reducer, an analysis machine, a blade, and a wind machine. The speed-regulating motor drives the rotating blade to regulate the speed of the classifier, while the analysis machine separates the coarse and fine particles of the finished product. The fan in Raymond mill is used to circulate air within the system and maintain the proper airflow for grinding and conveying materials. It ensures that the system operates efficiently and effectively by providing the necessary air pressure and volume required for the process. The cyclone separators in Raymond mill are used to separate the finished products from the fine powder, ensuring that the product meets the specified requirements in terms of fineness and quality. The finished product cyclone separator collects the finished product, while the fine powder cyclone separator collects the fine powder for further processing or disposal. Lastly, the air duct in Raymond mill is responsible for transporting the air and materials within the system. It ensures proper ventilation and air circulation to maintain the temperature and humidity levels required for the grinding process. The air duct also helps in removing dust and impurities from the system, providing a clean and efficient working environment.
