Aggregate crushing plant and processing mainly involves the production and processing of aggregates, which usually includes the following main steps:
Raw material preparation: Common aggregate raw materials include limestone, granite, basalt, etc. These raw materials need to be excavated and then transported to aggregate crushing plants for processing.
Stone crushing: Stone crushing is the process of coarse and fine crushing of raw materials. First, the raw materials are coarsely crushed and operated through equipment such as jaw crushers and impact crushers. Then, the coarsely crushed stone is finely crushed and operated through a cone crusher, impact crusher, and other equipment. The purpose of stone crushing is to break raw materials into particles that meet aggregate specifications.
Stone washing: After the stone is crushed, the stone washing process needs to be carried out. Stone washing is the process of cleaning and dusting the crushed stone. Stone washing equipment removes dirt, dust, and other impurities attached to the surface of the stone to ensure the quality and cleanliness of the aggregate.
Screening: After the stone washing is completed, a screening process is required. Screening is a screen that separates aggregates of different sizes to ensure that the material is fine enough to pass through the next process. Only aggregates that meet the requirements can enter the next step of production.
Processing (such as sand making): If the aggregate needs to be further processed into the sand, a sand-making process can be performed. The feed of the sand-making machine is below 55mm, and the finished product can reach 0-5mm. It is mainly used to produce high-quality sand and gravel aggregates. The output particle size is uniform, the gradation is continuous, and the grain shape is round. It complies with the national JGJ52 sand and gravel quality and testing.
Drying: Drying is the last step in the processing process. Although the drying equipment is not as important as the crusher or screening machine, it is also very critical.
In addition to the above main production processes, aggregate crushing plants and processing may also include other processes, such as batching, mixing, etc., depending on the type of product produced and process requirements.
It should be noted that aggregate crushing plants and processing need to strictly abide by relevant environmental protection and safety regulations to ensure safety and environmental protection during the production process. At the same time, it is also necessary to continuously optimize the production process and technology according to market demand and product requirements, and improve product quality and production efficiency.
