A Mobile Concrete Crusher is, in essence, a "walking" crushing and screening production line. It seamlessly integrates feeding, crushing, screening, conveying, and power systems onto a single crawler or wheeled chassis. Its core advantage lies in the fact that it requires no fixed foundation and can be easily relocated between job sites, making it particularly well-suited for decentralized operations such as demolition projects and road reconstruction.

We primarily recommend two mainstream types of equipment:

Heavy-Duty Hammer Crusher: Characterized by a high crushing ratio (typically capable of reducing material to under 50mm in a single pass), this machine produces qualified aggregate directly without the need for secondary crushing. Its main rotor features substantial mass and high inertia, utilizing impact energy to instantly pulverize concrete.

Large-Aperture Impact Crusher: Featuring an exceptionally large feed opening (capable of processing large blocks of material ranging from 800mm to 1000mm), this machine employs both "stone-on-iron" and "stone-on-stone" crushing principles. It produces finished aggregates with excellent particle shape (predominantly cubic) and possesses the capability to handle rebar—should the machine encounter unbreakable metal objects, the impact plate can hydraulically retract to prevent damage to the equipment.
