Complementary Crushing Station Equipment
The Jaw Crushing Station primarily handles the initial coarse crushing stage and is typically combined with other mobile stations or stationary equipment to form a closed-circuit production line:
1. Mobile Impact Crushing Station / Mobile Cone Crushing Station (Medium & Fine Crushing):
Impact Crusher: Suitable for medium-to-soft materials such as limestone and bluestone; produces an excellent discharge particle shape.
Cone Crusher: Suitable for high-hardness materials such as granite, basalt, and river pebbles; features long-lasting wear parts.
2. Mobile Screening Station (Grading):
Performs fine screening of the crushed materials according to specific specifications (e.g., 12mm, 13mm, 0-5mm) to ensure the finished products meet engineering standards.
3. Auxiliary Support Equipment:
Vibrating Feeder: Typically integrated into the front end of the mobile station to ensure uniform material feeding.
Belt Conveyor: Used for material transfer between various processing stages and for stacking finished products.
Iron Remover: An essential component when processing construction waste, used for sorting out steel rebar.
Generator Set: In remote mining areas where power supply is inconvenient, a mobile diesel generator is often required as a power source.
