Different chamber types have different discharge opening sizes, and the superfine crushing cavity type has a minor discharge port. The production capacity is 180-430 tons per hour. The C1 cavity type has a larger particle size of the incoming and outgoing materials, and the production capacity is higher. The output can reach 790 tons per hour. It can crush granite, basalt, pebbles, and other medium and high-hardness rock materials.

Little knowledge of HP500 hydraulic cone crusher
The hydraulic system includes a hydraulic station, a locking cylinder, an iron release cylinder, an accumulator, and connecting oil pipes. Its functions are as follows:
1. Adjust the ore discharge port
The up-and-down position of the main shaft is adjusted by the hydraulic cylinder to change the distance between the movable cone and the outer cone liner, thereby adjusting the size of the ore discharge port.
2. Clean the crushing cavity
When the cone crusher suddenly stops under load, the hydraulic cavity cleaning system can quickly clean up the materials in the crushing cavity and reduce downtime.
3. Protect components from damage
When the phenomenon of iron passing or stuffy car occurs, the support sleeve and the fixed cone can be lifted out of the sundries through the hydraulic system, which plays a role in protecting the equipment.
