In the industrial milling industry, the gypsum powder processing industry occupies a large proportion. Gypsum powder is one of the five major gel materials. It can be used in many application fields such as construction, industrial molds and art models, chemical industry and agriculture, food processing, and medical beauty.


Gypsum powder is a powder obtained by a series of treatments on large pieces of gypsum. The particle size of the finished product is usually about 80-325 mesh. From the perspective of the entire production process of gypsum powder grinding, the equipment that needs to be used mainly includes crushers, powder grinding mills, rotary dryers, etc.

Because the processing capacity is a bit large, according to working 10 hours a day, that is, processing 30 tons per hour, we choose the jaw crusher, cone crusher, ball mill, and rotary dryer for him. 

1. PE400X600 jaw crusher: The jaw crusher is mainly used for coarse crushing, which can break 300-500 mm large pieces of gypsum into 150 mm gypsum stone particles.

2. CS75 cone crusher: After the primary crushing of the jaw crusher, secondary crushing equipment such as cone crushers and impact crushers can be equipped to further finely crush the gypsum. The specific equipment configuration should be determined according to the actual needs of customers.

3. Ф2100×4500 ball mill: The crushed gypsum is fed into the ball mill for grinding until 90% is smaller than 149 μm (100 mesh). The ground gypsum powder leaves the mill in an air stream and is collected in a cyclone separator.

4. Ф2.8*6m rotary dryer: Because gypsum powder contains a certain amount of water, it needs to be dried. In order to ensure the quality of finished products, we are also equipped with a rotary dryer. The rotary dryer adopts modern and advanced scientific drying technology.
