1. Main equipment configuration

Function: screen the crushed granite to separate the finished materials that meet the requirements and the materials that need to be crushed again.
Conveying equipment:
Equipment type: belt conveyor
Function: Connect various levels of crushing equipment and screening equipment to achieve efficient and continuous conveying of materials.
2. Production process
Raw material input: Large pieces of granite are evenly fed into the jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder for coarse crushing.
Coarse crushing: After the jaw crusher crushes the raw material to a certain particle size, it is sent to the medium and fine crushing equipment through a belt conveyor.
Medium and fine crushing: The cone crusher or impact crusher performs medium and fine crushing on the coarsely crushed granite to achieve the required particle size.
Screening: The medium and finely crushed granite is screened through a circular vibrating screen to obtain finished materials of different particle sizes and materials that need to be crushed again.
Finished product output: The finished products that meet the requirements are sent to the finished product pile or directly to the next process through a belt conveyor.
