Primary Crushing Unit: Mobile Jaw Crushing Plant

• Function: Serving as the primary stage of crushing, this unit is responsible for the initial breakdown of large raw materials (such as river stone, granite, construction waste, etc.), preparing appropriately sized feed for the subsequent intermediate and fine crushing stages.

• Key Matching Criteria: The discharge opening must be adjustable to consistently produce material sized appropriately for the feed intake of the subsequent cone crusher (typically ≤200 mm). The main crusher unit is typically selected from models with a processing capacity of approximately 80–120 tons per hour to ensure sufficient operational headroom for downstream processes.

Intermediate & Fine Crushing Unit: Mobile Cone Crushing Plant

• Function: Serving as the secondary stage of crushing, this unit receives material from the jaw crusher to perform intermediate and fine crushing, producing the final required aggregate products (e.g., 12/13 mm, 24 mm gravel, etc.).

• Key Matching Criteria: Its processing capacity must be synchronized with the output of the upstream jaw crusher and meet the overall system production target of 60–100 tons per hour. The main crusher unit typically consists of a single-cylinder or multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher to achieve superior particle shape and production capacity.
