The combined mobile plant is on one mobile trailer to do crushing and screening which consists of a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone/impact crusher, and vibrating screen. This four-in-one crushing plant has a reasonable circulation crushing system to crush stones with higher efficiency
When the mobile stone crusher plant works, the material goes evenly to the jaw crusher by vibrating the feeder. After primary crushing by the jaw crusher, the stone goes to the vibrating screen by the main belt conveyor.
During the screening, The unqualified material sieved by the first layer goes into a secondary crusher to be re-crushed. The qualified material from other screen layers is discharged to the finished product area. The Product crushed by the secondary crusher is discharged to the main belt conveyor for further screening. Thus, all material is in the circulation system of crushing-screening-re-crushing. The finished product could meet the client's demand greatly.
