This makes them particularly suitable for handling dispersed construction waste or other materials that require on-site crushing.
Both mobile jaw crushers and mobile impact crushers have high crushing efficiency and processing capabilities. Among them, the mobile jaw crusher is suitable for coarse crushing operations, which can quickly break large materials into smaller particles; while the mobile impact crusher is suitable for medium and fine crushing operations, which can further break materials into smaller particles. The combination of the two can greatly improve the crushing efficiency and meet different crushing needs.

1. Coarse crushing process:
• In the mobile jaw crusher, the material is crushed by the extrusion of the movable jaw and the fixed jaw.
• Jaw crusher is suitable for coarse crushing operations and can break large materials into smaller particles.
2. Conveying process:
• The coarsely crushed materials are transported to the feed port of the mobile impact crusher through a belt conveyor or other conveying equipment.
3. Medium and fine crushing process:
• In the crushing chamber of the mobile impact crusher, the materials are crushed by the impact of the plate hammer on the high-speed rotating rotor.
• The material is gradually broken into smaller particles after multiple impacts and rebounds between the rotor and the impact plate.
• Impact crusher is suitable for medium and fine crushing operations, and can further crush materials into the required particle size.
4. Screening process:
• Mobile impact crushers are usually equipped with vibrating screens to screen the crushed materials.
• The vibrating screen classifies materials according to particle size. Finished materials that meet the requirements are discharged through the screen, and larger particles are returned to the crushing chamber for continued crushing.
5. Finished product output:
• The screened finished materials are transported to the designated storage yard or further processing through conveyor belts or other conveying equipment.
