The working principle of the impact crawler crusher is relatively complex but efficient. First, the raw materials are fed into the silo by equipment such as forklifts and excavators, and the materials in the silo are preliminarily screened by the screening feeder. The materials with the required particle size fall through the sieve holes and directly form a pile through the unloading belt conveyor; while the larger materials enter the impact crusher for crushing. During the crushing process, the materials are hit by the plate hammers on the high-speed rotating rotor and thrown to the impact plate for secondary crushing. After multiple hits and rebounds, the materials are crushed into the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port. Subsequently, the crushed materials are evenly fed into the main unloading belt conveyor through the vibrating unloader and finally transported out to form a pile.
