Crawler mobile impact crushing plant is a high-efficiency mobile crushing equipment that integrates feeding, crushing, screening, conveying and other functions. It is widely used in mining, construction waste treatment, road construction and other fields. Its core feature is the crawler walking mechanism, which has good maneuverability and adaptability, can be flexibly moved in complex terrain and quickly put into production.
• Impact crusher: The core crushing component uses a high-speed rotating rotor to impact the material to achieve medium and fine crushing operations. The finished product has good particle shape and is mostly used for medium hardness materials (such as limestone, concrete, etc.).

Impact crusher excels in particle shape and medium crushing efficiency, while jaw crusher excels in processing capacity and hard rock adaptability.

• Impact crusher: It adopts the principle of impact crushing, suitable for medium and low hardness materials (such as limestone, construction waste), and has a good finished product particle shape, suitable for secondary crushing.
• Jaw crusher: It adopts the principle of extrusion crushing, suitable for high hardness materials (such as granite, iron ore), mainly used for coarse crushing, and has a strong ability to handle large pieces of ore.
Impact crusher is more suitable for construction waste treatment because:
• It can efficiently crush medium and low hardness materials such as concrete and bricks.
• The finished product has good particle shape and can be directly used as recycled aggregate.
• Some models are equipped with iron removers and dust removal devices, which are more environmentally friendly.
It cannot be completely replaced because:
• The jaw crusher is suitable for coarse crushing, and the output particle size is larger. If fine particle shape is required (such as sand making), the impact crusher or cone crusher is still required for secondary crushing.
• Impact crusher is better in crushing ratio and particle shape control, suitable for medium and fine crushing needs.
• Main vulnerable parts: plate hammer, impact plate, liner.
• Replacement frequency: depends on the hardness of the material and the output. Generally, the plate hammer needs to be checked or replaced every 100-300 hours (it may be shorter in high wear conditions).
