The four-combination mobile station is independently combined according to the needs of coarse crushing, medium crushing, and fine crushing. Unit Interchange System
One type of body is common to 8 types of models, feeding unit interchange system, crushing unit interchange system, and screening unit interchange system, only need to reinvest the cost of single machine equipment, and in a short time, different types of equipment can be realized on the same body The interchangeable system of feeding unit, crushing unit and screening unit of the model, the matching between the various systems of the whole machine, adapt to a wider range of occasions, and the crushing function is stronger, and the customer's consumer goods are greatly reflected.
The combined mobile plant is on one mobile trailer to do crushing and screening which consists of a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone/impact crusher, and vibrating screen. This four-in-one crushing plant is a reasonable circulation crushing system to crush stones with higher efficiency. When the mobile stone crusher plant works, the material goes evenly to the jaw crusher by vibrating the feeder. After primary crushing by the jaw crusher, the stone goes to the vibrating screen by the main belt conveyor.
During the screening, the first layer of unqualified material goes into a secondary crusher to be re-crushed. The qualified material from other screen layers is discharged to the finished product area. The output from the secondary crusher is discharged to the main belt conveyor for further screening. Thus. all material is in the circulation system of crushing-screening-re-crushing. The finished product could meet the client's demand greatly.
