It receives feedstock from the jaw crusher (coarse crushing) and crushes it to a finer particle size (typically 25-60mm), preparing it for subsequent sand making (fine crushing) or directly as high-quality aggregate. The crushed product boasts excellent particle shape and low flake content, significantly increasing the market value of the aggregate product.
It crushes medium-hard and hard ores such as iron ore, copper ore, gold ore, granite, and basalt, providing a uniform feed material for ball mills. This uniform feed particle size significantly improves grinding efficiency and reduces overall energy consumption.
Its powerful crushing force and hydraulically adjustable discharge port make it easy to process complex construction waste, producing particles that can be used as recycled aggregate, effectively turning waste into treasure. It's important to note that the CH430 is not well-suited for crushing wet, sticky materials (such as mud or materials with high clay content), as it is prone to clogging.
