Typical production line process

Scheme A (high hardness stone)

Process: feeder → jaw crusher (coarse crushing) → cone crusher (medium crushing) → vibrating screen (grading) → return material to cone crusher (closed loop)

Finished product: 12-31.5mm aggregate, needle-like content ≤10%.

Scheme B (medium and low hardness + sand making)

Process: feeder → jaw crusher → impact crusher → impact crusher (sand making) → screening (multi-grade finished product)

Finished product: 0-5mm machine-made sand + 5-20mm gravel.

FAQ: Medium-sized crushing production line

1. What materials are suitable for this configuration? ​​

• ​​Applicable materials: medium-hard rock (compressive strength ≤350MPa), such as limestone, dolomite, granite (need to reduce production capacity), basalt (need to optimize the proportion of the cone crusher).

• ​​Unsuitable materials: high-viscosity soil (easy to block impact crusher), special hard ore (such as quartzite, it is recommended to use a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher.

2.Why is the production capacity range 180-220t/h? How to increase it to the upper limit?

Influencing factors:

• ​​Material hardness (granite has a production capacity about 20% lower than limestone);

• ​​Feed particle size (the efficiency of the jaw crusher is the highest when ≤630mm);

• ​​Discharge port adjustment (the impact crusher load is more balanced when the discharge port of the cone crusher is ≤30mm).

​​Production increase method:

• ​​Pre-screening: Add a bar screen before the vibrating feeder to remove fine particles and ensure that the finished product is.

• ​​Closed-loop circulation: Add a vibrating screen (such as 3YK2460), and the particles exceeding the standard return to the cone crusher.

3. How to pide the work between the impact crusher and the cone crusher? Can only one of them be used? ​

pision of work:

• ​​Cone crusher (CS220): medium and fine crushing, processing high-hardness materials, and the output particles are multi-angular.

• ​​Impact crusher (PFW1320): fine crushing + shaping, suitable for medium and low hardness materials, and the output particles are rounded (suitable for high-standard concrete aggregates).

​​Substitution:

• ​​If the material hardness is low (such as limestone), only the impact crusher can be used, but the production capacity may decrease.

• ​​If the material hardness is high (such as basalt), it is recommended to keep the cone crusher and use the impact crusher only for shaping.

4. What should I do if the finished product does not meet the standard (too many needle-shaped particles)? ​

Reason: The proportion of the cone crusher is too high, or the hammer of the impact crusher is worn.

​​Solution:

• ​​Adjust the rotor speed of the impact crusher (increase impact force);

• ​​Reduce the discharge opening of the cone crusher (such as from 40mm to 25mm), increase the shaping ratio of the impact crusher;

• ​​Regularly replace the hammer and liner of the impact crusher.
