Cement clinker is a solid material produced during cement manufacturing. Clinker comes in the form of lumps or nodules, usually 3 mm (0.12 in) to 25 mm (0.98 in) in diameter.
Cement clinker is produced by sintering (melting together without melting to the point of liquefaction) limestone and aluminosilicate materials such as clay in the cement kiln stage.
Baichy has introduced a very advanced ball mill, both dry and wet. The appropriate model can be selected according to the nature of the material and the requirements of particle size.

Grinding mill plant process introduction:
 
The raw material is crushed by a jaw crusher then elevated into a hopper by bucket elevator, through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder processing. 
 
Finally, powder enters into an analyzer for separating under the function of the blower, the qualified fine powder goes to a cyclone collector and is discharged from pipes into a storage silo, unqualified powder drop back into the grinding chamber for re-grind.   The whole process is under negative pressure formed closed airflow loop. 
 
Cyclone collector bottom equips air valves, isolated outside air from inner air, and increases grinding efficiency heavily. Besides, few dust and air go up to a dust collector for pure, filter, more friendly for the environment.
