The YDPZ57-900 is a highly integrated mobile crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 60–100 tons per hour, featuring an innovative "four-in-one" combined design. Mounted on a single integrated mobile chassis, it incorporates a ZSW8530 vibrating feeder, a PE500x750 jaw crusher (for primary crushing), a PYB900 spring cone crusher (for secondary and fine crushing), and a 2/3/4YK1848 multi-layer vibrating screen (for screening), thereby achieving fully automated operation across the entire process—from feeding and crushing to screening. This production line is specifically engineered to process high-hardness materials such as granite and basalt, making it the ideal core equipment for large-scale infrastructure projects, mining operations, and construction waste recycling initiatives.
• Feeding Module: ZSW8530 vibrating feeder, ensuring uniform and continuous material feeding.
• Primary Crushing Module: PE500x750 jaw crusher; with a maximum feed size of ≤425mm, it powerfully executes the initial stage of crushing.
• Secondary & Fine Crushing Module: PYB900 cone crusher; with a maximum feed size of ≤115mm, it performs secondary and fine crushing to ensure superior product shape.
• Screening Module: YK1848 circular vibrating screen (available in 2, 3, or 4 layers); it precisely classifies the crushed materials, allowing oversized particles to be returned to the cone crusher to form a closed-circuit loop, thereby guaranteeing stable product particle size and low needle-and-flaky content.
