The working principle of the portable jaw crushing plant is mainly based on the crushing method of the jaw crusher, that is, the curved extrusion type. The electric motor drives the belt and pulley and moves the movable jaw up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw plate rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw plate becomes larger, pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate, and the material is squeezed, rubbed, rolled, and crushed in multiple ways. When the movable jaw moves downward, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw leaves the fixed jaw under the action of the pull rod and spring. At this time, the crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw of the crusher performs periodic crushing and discharge to achieve mass production.
